Als Auszubildende:r Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration lernst du, wie du die IT-Infrastruktur eines globalen Unternehmens aufbaust und zukunftssicher gestaltest. Als Teil unseres IT-Teams wirst du während deiner Ausbildung aktiv in spannende Projekte eingebunden und lernst, wie wir unsere IT-Systeme weltweit am Laufen halten. Gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Operations Team kümmerst du dich um die Wartung aller IT-Komponenten an unseren Standorten in Deutschland, UK, USA, Kanada, Taiwan sowie in der Cloud. Zudem erwarten dich weitere, vielfältige Aufgaben – vom Support unserer Anwender:innen über die Installation neuer Hard- und Software bis hin zur IT-Einführung neuer Kolleg:innen.

DEINE MISSION
Du lernst im Laufe der Ausbildung folgende Tätigkeiten kennen, für die du Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung übernimmst:
  • Du stehst für unsere Anwender:innen zur Verfügung und unterstützt bei Fragen und Problembehebungen.
  • Du richtest neue Geräte wie PCs, Notebooks oder Handys ein und sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen einen reibungslosen Start haben.
  • Du lernst Störungen in IT-Systemen zielorientiert und effizient zu beheben.
  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und administrierst Server und die darauf laufenden Dienste. 
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an IT-Projekten mit, begleitest deren Umsetzung und sammelst erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement.
  • Du dokumentierst umgesetzte Lösungen und unterstützt bei der Schulung internationaler Kolleg:innen.

Damit du bei uns durchstarten kannst, solltest du folgende Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten mitbringen:
  • Du hast deine Schulausbildung erfolgreich mit mindestens einem mittleren Bildungsabschluss abgeschlossen. Auch Quereinsteiger:innen und Studienabbrecher:innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!
  • Du lernst schnell und hast Spaß daran Neues auszuprobieren und zu entdecken.
  • Du trittst an Probleme analytisch heran und scheust dich nicht vor Herausforderungen. 
  • Du trittst offen und freundlich auf und fühlst dich in einem Team wohl.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, flexibel und arbeitest strukturiert. 
  • Du kommunizierst gerne in Deutsch und auch in Englisch.

As an Computer Science Expert apprentice for System Integration (m/f/d), you will learn how to set up and future-proof the IT infrastructure of a global company. As part of our IT team, you will actively contribute to exciting projects throughout your apprenticeship and learn how we keep our IT systems running smoothly worldwide. Together with our IT Operations team, you will handle the maintenance of all IT components across our locations in Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, Taiwan, and in the cloud. You can also expect a variety of other tasks, from supporting users to installing new hardware and software up to onboarding new employees in IT.

YOUR MISSION

During your apprenticeship, you will become familiar with the following activities, for which you will gradually take on responsibility:

  • You support our users and assist in case of questions and troubleshooting.
  • You set up new devices such as PCs, laptops, and mobile phones, and ensure that new colleagues get a smooth start.
  • You learn how to troubleshoot IT system issues efficiently.
  • You install, configure, and manage servers and the services running on them.
  • You actively participate in IT projects, support their implementation, and gain initial experience in project management.
  • You document implemented solutions and assist in the training of international colleagues.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • You have successfully completed your school education with at least a secondary school diploma. We also welcome career changers and individuals who have left their studies!
  • You learn quickly and enjoy trying out and discovering new things.
  • You approach problems analytically and are not afraid of challenges.
  • You are open and friendly and feel comfortable in a team.
  • You are reliable, organized, and work in a structured manner.
  • You enjoy communicating in both German and English.
