ZUSAMMENFASSUNG
Als Business Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bei YT spielst eine zentrale Rolle in der gesamten End-to-End-Supply-Chain und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Du kümmerst dich um das Auftrags- und Transportmanagement und bist als Teil des Global Operations Team im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Fachabteilungen zu Garantie- und Servicefällen. Du berichtest an den Sr. Manager Operations.
DEINE MISSION
  • Alle Bedarfs-, Service- und Garantieanfragen unserer globalen Partner (B2B-Bereich) werden über dich abgewickelt
  • Im B2B-Bereich bist du für die gesamte E2E-Supply Chain zuständig
  • Du legst die Kundenaufträge in unserem ERP-System an, organisierst die globalen Transporte und verzollst unsere Produkte
  • Du kümmerst dich um die fachbezogenen Stammdaten in unserem ERP-System
  • Im Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen gibst du Feedback über die Garantie- und Servicefälle 
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Im Bereich Supply Chain, Kundenbetreuung oder Zoll- und Transportwesen kannst du Berufserfahrung vorweisen.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Z-ATLAS/TIA und einer ERP-Software (bevorzugt SAP Business One)
  • Sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamspirit & ‘Getting stuff done’ Einstellung
  • Technische Bike - Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

SUMMARY
As a Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at YT (based in Germany),  you play a central role in the entire end-to-end supply chain and ensure smooth operations. You are responsible for order and transport management and, as part of the Global Operations Team, you regularly communicate with our departments on warranty and service cases. You report to the Senior Manager of Operations.
YOUR MISSION
  • All demand, service, and warranty requests from our global partners (B2B sector) are handled by you.
  • In the B2B sector, you are responsible for the entire end-to-end supply chain.
  • You enter customer orders into our ERP system, organize global shipments, and handle customs clearance for our products.
  • You manage the relevant master data in our ERP system.
  • In communication with the departments, you provide feedback on warranty and service cases.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • You have completed a commercial vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade.
  • You have professional experience in supply chain, customer service, or customs and transport logistics.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, Z-ATLAS/TIA, and ERP software (preferably SAP Business One).
  • You work in a meticulous and independent manner, and are highly reliable.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • Team spirit and a "getting stuff done" attitude.
  • Technical experience and knowledge of bikes are an advantage.
